The Department of Pediatrics and Adolescents in KDH is for newborns, premature babies, babies, kids, and teenagers, up to 18 years old. The Department of Pediatrics and Adolescents provides professional treatment against various diseases typically occurring in childhood or adolescence, prevents diseases through vaccinations, and manages normal growth and development.

The Department of Pediatrics and Adolescents provides quick and professional diagnoses by specialists in infantilism, including pediatric endocrinology (low height, precocious puberty, pediatric obesity/diabetes, thyroid diseases), pediatric allergies, respiratory diseases, pediatric infection, pediatric neurology, and development. The Special Disease Clinic is operated per field, including an Allergy Clinic, Infection Clinic, Development and Epilepsy Clinic, and Heart Clinic.

Moreover, KDH operates a differentiated Youth Wellbeing Center with a one-stop diagnosis system for the first time in Korea, through the cooperation from the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescents, the Department of Gynecology, and the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine.
